Who Am I?
I’m a 20-something Latina accountant living in the PNW. Like Hannah Montana, I spend my days working with numbers, systems, and making sense of the structured side of business, and my nights in the creative and wild world of social media content creation. I’ve always loved art, and I’m also really interested in marketing, and I love to see how one social media post can create a large impact for a small business.
Why The 97th Studio?
I come from a family of business owners. My mom owns a business, my aunts and uncles own businesses, all the way back to my great-grandpa who sold produce in the '30s. We love to sell, and we love the community that comes with being a merchant! Over time, I kept noticing the same thing: so many business owners, not just my parents, are incredibly good at what they do, but when it comes to marketing themselves online, it gets overwhelming fast. Between running the actual business, serving customers, and trying to stay consistent on Instagram or social media, it can start to feel like too much. I took on my parent's instagram profile, and managed to grow it to over 2,000 followers. For a small business in a small town, that's incredible. The results, profits, opportunities, and brand visibility that came from one instagram page solidified social media as the top advertising platform in my eyes.
That’s where this all started for me.
I began creating simple, done-for-you templates because I wanted to make that part easier. Not complicated strategies or anything overly technical—just clean, practical tools that help business owners show up online without overthinking every post.
What's the Goal?
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: I want to help people feel less stressed about content and more excited about growing their business. You shouldn’t need a huge marketing team or hours of free time to show up professionally online. If you found the products on my site helpful then I know I did my job.
